This Privacy Policy explains how Vendetta Chemical Solutions, LLC d/b/a Vendetta Outdoors ("Vendetta Outdoors," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through vendettaoutdoors.com (the "Site"), our online store, our social media accounts, and our promotions, including giveaways. Our mailing address is PO Box 50848, Midland, TX 79710, and you can reach us at info@vendettaoutdoors.com.

Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any message you send when you contact us, sign up for updates, or fill out a form on the Site. If you buy from our online store, which runs on Shopify, we receive your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not see or store your full card number.

Giveaway information. When you enter a giveaway through Instagram or Facebook, we see your public handle, profile, and comments on our posts. If you are selected as a potential winner, we collect your full legal name, mailing address, date of birth and proof of age and residency, the name and license details of your chosen firearms dealer (FFL), a signed eligibility affidavit and release, and an IRS Form W-9, which includes your Social Security number or taxpayer ID.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our Site host automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your questions and requests
• Process and ship orders, and send order updates
• Send marketing emails about products, promotions, and giveaways if you sign up or opt in at checkout; every email includes an unsubscribe link
• Run our giveaways, including choosing and verifying winners, confirming eligibility, and arranging lawful prize delivery
• Meet our legal and tax obligations, such as issuing IRS Form 1099 to prize winners
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site, and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate our business:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host (Webflow), our online store and payment platform (Shopify), shipping carriers, and email marketing and analytics providers, who may use it only to provide services to us
• Licensed firearms dealers, for a giveaway involving a firearm: we share the winner's name and contact details with our transferring dealer and the winner's chosen receiving dealer to complete the lawful transfer
• Government authorities, when required by law, such as reporting prize income to the IRS or responding to a valid legal request
• Business transfers, if Vendetta Outdoors or its assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale

Our Site may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, including Shopify cookies that run the shopping cart and checkout. We may use Webflow Analyze, Webflow's built-in analytics tool, to understand how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, traffic source, and general location (country or region). We use this information in aggregate to improve the Site, not to identify individual visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Do Not Track. Our Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Giveaway entry information is kept until the giveaway is complete and any winner-list requests have been answered. Winner records needed for tax purposes, such as the Form W-9, are kept as long as tax law requires and then securely deleted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to sensitive winner documents to people who need them. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@vendettaoutdoors.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. We may need to keep certain information, such as tax records, when the law requires it. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, and we will honor valid requests.

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Our giveaways are open only to adults 21 and older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our giveaways run on Instagram and Facebook, which are operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of those platforms, and any information you post there, is governed by Meta's own terms and privacy policies. The Site may link to other websites we do not control, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
