The Road to 10K Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Vendetta Chemical Solutions, LLC d/b/a Vendetta Outdoors, PO Box 50848, Midland, TX 79710 ("Sponsor"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, excluding California and Hawaii, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and who are not prohibited by federal, state, or local law from purchasing, receiving, or possessing a handgun. Residents of any jurisdiction where the Prize cannot be lawfully transferred are not eligible. If the winner's state requires a permit, license, or card to buy or receive a handgun (for example, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Illinois, Maryland, or Connecticut), the winner must already hold it at the time of notification. The Prize must be legal for the winner to receive and possess in their state and locality, and each entrant is responsible for confirming this before entering. Sponsor may require proof of age and residency before awarding the Prize.
Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
The Giveaway begins at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on October 3, 2026, and ends at the earlier of (a) 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on March 1, 2027, or (b) the moment either the Instagram account @vendetta_outdoors (instagram.com/vendetta_outdoors) or the Vendetta Outdoors Facebook page reaches 10,000 followers, as determined by Sponsor (the "Giveaway Period"). If the Giveaway ends early, Sponsor will announce the end on its Instagram and Facebook accounts within twenty-four (24) hours. Entries received after the Giveaway Period ends will not be accepted. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeping device.
There are two ways to enter during the Giveaway Period. Each person may earn up to two (2) entries total, one per platform:
All steps for a platform must be completed on that platform for the entry to count. Tagging other users is not required. Limit one (1) entry per person per platform, regardless of the number of comments or accounts used; additional comments do not earn additional entries. No purchase is required for either method of entry.
Entries made through bots, scripts, multiple or fake accounts, or any automated means are void. Your account must remain public and in good standing with the platform through winner selection. Sponsor is not responsible for comments that are hidden, filtered, or deleted by the platform.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) custom Cerakoted Glock 45 Gen6 9mm pistol with a Streamlight TLR-1 weapon light and a Steiner red-dot optic (the "Prize"). Cerakote finish by Modern Pawn and Gun. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $2,079.
Firearm transfer. The Prize will not be shipped to the winner directly. Sponsor's transferring dealer, Modern Pawn & Jewelry, 1701 Airline Drive, Corpus Christi, TX 78412, a federally licensed firearms dealer ("FFL"), will ship the Prize to a licensed FFL chosen by the winner in the winner's state of residence. Sponsor pays shipping and the receiving FFL's transfer fee. The winner is responsible for all other costs, including any staterequired permits, licenses, or background-check fees.
The winner must complete ATF Form 4473, pass the required background check, and satisfy any waiting period and state or local requirements, in person at the receiving FFL. If the winner's state limits magazine capacity, the Prize will ship without its factory magazines, and Sponsor will provide magazines that comply with that state's law at no cost to the winner. The transfer must be completed within thirty (30) days of winner notification. If the winner fails the background check, cannot lawfully receive the Prize, or does not complete the transfer on time, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The ARV is Sponsor's good-faith estimate; any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded. The Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
Within seven (7) days after the Giveaway Period ends, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on both platforms, compiled from comments on the designated giveaway posts. Before the winner is confirmed, Sponsor will verify that the winner completed every entry step for that platform. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be contacted privately by direct message from the official @vendetta_outdoors Instagram account or the Vendetta Outdoors Facebook page, and must respond within seventy-two (72) hours. Sponsor will never ask for a password, payment, or credit card information to claim the Prize; report any such message as a scam. Before the transfer, the potential winner must provide their full legal name, proof of age (21+) and residency, the name and license details of a receiving FFL, a signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9, within seven (7) days of the request.
If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond or return documents on time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to any winner whose total prize value is $600 or more, which is why a completed Form W-9 is required before the Prize is released. Failure to provide a valid W-9 will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
Sponsor will announce the winner publicly by Instagram or Facebook handle only; the winner's full name will not be published. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's handle, and any photos or statements the winner chooses to provide, for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Sponsor may disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure, platform changes, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway and select a winner from eligible entries received before the action. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules is not a waiver of that term.
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or notifications, or for any technical malfunction of any network, platform, or software. The Prize is provided "as is" with no warranty from Sponsor beyond any manufacturer's warranty.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of the Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nueces County, Texas. Entrants' remedies are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs of entering, and in no event will entrants be entitled to attorneys' fees or punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and contact the winner, and is handled according to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at vendettaoutdoors.com/privacy. Sponsor will not sell entrants' personal information.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any and all liability. Questions or complaints about the Giveaway should be directed to Sponsor, not to the platform.
